Question: How do I learn new powers / skills?
Answer: Powers can be trained at the Powerhouse. They are located in every zone except Millennium City Crisis. The Powerhouse is the building that looks like a black cog. When approached, the center of the cog will light up, and allow you to teleport into the training area. Inside the training area there are several trainers who will assist you in gaining new powers.

Question: Can I unlearn or change my powers?
Answer: You can refund your recent purchases at the Powerhouse. Note: Powers that are purchased and refunded before you leave the powerhouse are refunded for free. This allows you to purchase and experiment with powers before making a commitment.

Question: Can I change my costume?
Answer: Yes, you may change your costume at the Tailor. They can be found at most commerce hubs. To find a tailor, look for the Mask icon on your minimap.

Question: Can I change my characters gender?
Answer: Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your character's gender at this time.

Question: Can I change my character name / display name?
Answer: Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your display or character name at this time.

Question: What are the current bugs / known issues?
Answer: Please go to “Link to Known bugs and issues list” for more information.

Question: What is a Game Master and what is it they can do?
Answer: Game Masters are here to support you. They are to make sure that things that aren’t supposed to happen get corrected. They are not here to give you hints, cheats, secret weapons, etc. They do help you with bugs, glitches, IP violations, and harassment. They make sure that everyone has fun together.

Question: What are the behavior / costume / naming policies?
Answer: Please go to “Link to behavior/costume/naming policies” for information.

Question: How do report a bug?
Answer: In the event of coming across a bug, please report it so that we may look into and correct the problem. You can do this by clicking the game report button. Then select the “Report a bug option.” Please include any steps you think may reproduce the problem in as much detail as possible.

Question: I submitted a bug report and it changed. Why?
Answer: Sometimes Game Masters receive many reports on the same problem. GM’s will in most cases combine all the separate reports and condense the situation into the most concise report as possible. If you find any additional information not included in the report, please add to it by clicking “I have more info”. If you have the same exact problem, then click the “I have this issue”.

Question: How can I request changes or give suggestions to the game?
Answer: If you would like to request changes in the game or make helpful suggestions, please go to the forums and post in the appropriate forums. Please do not submit bug reports for matters of opinion.

Question: What can I do if I get stuck somewhere?
Answer: If you get stuck anywhere in the game, please request the GM’s help. This can be done in two ways. First, you may type the command /killme into the chat window. This will instantly take you into the GM help request window. The second is the manually go into the GM help window by clicking Game Support first and then clicking “Request GM Help” and finally clicking on the “Stuck” button. From this window you have two options. You may choose to get killed and respawn instantly or you may choose to wait for GM help after submitting a report.
