Champions Online Halloween Costume Contest

Welcome to the Champions Online Halloween Costume Contest!

This contest offers Champions Online community members the opportunity to win a spot in the upcoming Closed Beta and a unique forum title! If you don’t celebrate Halloween, you can still participate by donning your favorite costume and submitting an image of yourself in it!

The Champions Online Halloween Costume Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. PDT on Friday, October 31, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PDT on Friday, November 7, 2008.


Costume Categories:

  • Scariest
  • Funniest
  • Most Original
  • Best Superhero
  • Best Supervillain
  • Best Overall

Contest Rules:


Important notes:

  • Only one Halloween Costume Contest entry per account. Additional posted submissions (beyond the initial submission) from a single account will not be counted.
  • Do not edit your contest entry submission post. Modified entries will be disqualified. If you need to resubmit your entry, please send a PM to Katalyst.
  • Observe our Forum Rules. Offensive or inappropriate content will be deleted.
  • One Halloween Costume winner will be selected from each category (Scariest, Funniest, Most Original, Best Superhero, Best Supervillain, Best Overall).
  • Winning entrants will be announced in the Super News Network forum section and contacted via the forum PM system upon contest completion.

How to enter:

  • Post all Halloween Costume Contest submissions as a REPLY TO within the “Champions Online Halloween Costume Contest” subject thread in the Super News Network forum section. Do not post a new subject thread to submit your entry. New subject threads will not be counted (you may only “reply to” within the appropriate existing thread).
  • Upload an image attachment of you in costume to the “Champions Online Halloween Costume Contest” subject thread in the Super News Network forum section. Do not post links to images hosted on other sites.

How to comment or provide feedback on Halloween Costume Contest entries or the Halloween Costume Contest:

  • Comments are welcomed in the “Champions Online Halloween Costume Contest Comments” subject thread in the Champions Online Discussion forum section. Please do not post a new subject thread to comment. New contest comment subject thread postings will be merged (please only “reply to” within the appropriate existing thread).

All community members are encouraged to participate and all entries are welcomed!
