What is a product key?
A product key is a unique 25-character alphanumeric identifier that you need in order to get access to the game.

Where can I find it?
Please note that Champions Online: Free for All is free-to-play, and is no longer available for retail purchase. If you purchased a box product while the retail version was still available, the product key is located on the inside cover of your game manual (and entitles you to 30-days of Gold Membership is you have not already redeemed it). If you purchased digitally, you should have received your product key via e-mail. If you didn't get one, please contact the digital vendor that you purchased the key from for assistance.
